All orders are shipped within one business day. We offer several shipping options for both domestic and international orders. We also offer Free Shipping on all orders and the shipment method will be the least expensive option. The checkout process will show your shipping options and costs prior to entering payment information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by weight and by distance in some cases. We do not inflate shipping costs so you will be charged the USPS rate with no additional handling charges. Your exact shipping costs will be shown to you prior to completion of your order but here is an estimate of the costs for both domestic and international orders.

Shipping Time
During the checkout process you will be given a choice of shipping methods which will determine the time in transit to your address. All orders ship by US Mail and we offer First Class (free) Priority Mail service to the U.S., U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. International orders are also shipped via US Mail and we offer Priority Mail International where available. Shipping costs are quoted prior to order submittal so you know the exact costs for the methods available.
Shipment Notification
Once your order has shipped you will be sent an email notification with a delivery confirmation number (not available for international orders). This email may be filtered depending on your ISP or email program being used. Please check your filtered (junk) mail folder if you do not receive a shipment notification within two days of your payment date. This is especially true for Hotmail, Yahoo and AOL users.
Returns
If you need to return an item please send an email with your name and order information and the reason for the return (defective, broken, wrong item, dissatisfied, etc.). You will receive instructions via email on how to return the item with your RMA if applicable. Returns for refund will be for the full amount minus any upgraded shipping charges you may have selected during the checkout process.
